Hello, actually I got a problem about the skin wepaon of Halloween during using it, I just bought some Hallwoeen skins of dg 10 in dg 10 time, but unfortunately and because of some circumstances of my work, i have quit the game and became not active, but i have saved the skins in my storage, didn't use them on my dg 10 weapons! Now, I back the game and became active, I've tried to use my skin shield eu upon my dg 11 shield but it didn't work! I've got surprised from that to be honest, because no relations btw the degree of the item and the skin, it's just a new look!
So, i can not even use them or even to stall them, because all will be interested in dg 11 halloween skins and at the same time, my skins are kinda useless, it's just used on dg 10! The sad thing is that, my skin didn't show me any dg, and there was no any notice that clear to us that the skin of year belongs to the dg of that year only... so please can u make it usable on dg 11 weapons as well? I've spent almost 5k silks on those skins and now can not use any of them on my dg 10 weapons or even shields... And if you can not make them usable then can you give me back the silk and then remove them if you want? I hope you understand my point, sir.
