Russian keyboard language in game chate

Hey gigs, I have issue with Russian language in game chat, when someone is writing me something in Russian its became unknown wierd simbols, any pne know how can i fix it?

I thought you asked about in-game texts in game UI. yes you can, you may need to play around with your Windows languages to make it work with you.
