Welcome Everyone.
I need help with the whole job function in game. Right now I am level 30 and i signed up as a hunter. I still trying to figure out what i need to do.
My questions are
1. If level 30 is to low what level should i start at?
2. What are the pros and cons of each job?
3. how do I start a job and get to working on it?
I have spend hours looking at forums, videos and I see that there are these "trader/smugglers" in game people talk to. I cannot see them in my game, anyone know why that is?
Any additional help would be great, or a link to a guide that answers my question would also be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Bro,
Jobs are mostly relevant when you are around level 105+, because you will do a lot of PVP.
But as trader, you can go trade at any level.
Do you have a guild? Ask in-game there should be a lot of players to help you.
Cheers!

Hey, welcome.
Jobs are made for PVP experience, making money or getting socket stones to upgrade your equipment.
You have Thief, Hunter and Trader. In every City you can find an associate for every job activity where you can apply to the job and buy your first job equipment (don't worry, you can change your job every 24h (?)). The base logic is: We are on the silkroad, the main trading route between Europe and China many years ago. When you apply the merchant job you are trading goods that you can buy in every town and trade to another. Depending on the value you are carrying on your Transport Vehicle a various number of NPC Thieves will spawn, up to 20 per spawn. The difficulty of the Trade is measured in Stars. You can look the trade worthes by talking to any speciality trader and looking for trading details. There you pick your destination speciality trader, click refresh and then you can see how much its worth to sell any trading good.
When you are a beginner Trader you can make Safe Trades where PLayer Thieves cant attack you. But Safe Trades are 2 star trades max. And thats where the Hunter guild comes to play.
Hunter protect the trade, which is normally done in large trains. In reward for killing they gain items which they can use to craft socket stones for Equipitems and part of the money the traders made. But I cant tell you much about that. Thats more like Endgame content I never touched.
So as you can think, to pvp thieves, which is a job which is often played by high level characters, you need to have a certain level too, so you can contest them.
I hope I helped you.
