So I really like that there is a 30% debuff reduce on Fire Shield. That makes Chinese to be able to play vs warlock and force characters. The buff, however, makes weapon skill debuffs unable to apply. Bicheon loses bleed and chain debuffs, heuksal loses dull, warrior and rogue lose bleed and dull, wizard loses dull etc. So what is a good solution for this? Well you can add the 30% to the weapon skills. So, for example, bleed, impotent, and division on lightning chain need to be 50% not 20%, so that it is 20% again vs chinese (you still won't be able to apply to euros because holy spell is 50%). It still keeps warlock and force balanced, while making weapon skill debuffs normal again. Also Bicheon and Pacheon need buffs, or Heuksal needs nerf but that's a whole other discussion.
