View Full Version : Email Registration Doesn't Work (Hotmail)

Hey!
Just wanted to pass along my experience trying to register an account for the game.
I attempted to register with 2 different hotmail accounts and the verification email wasn't sent to either one (I checked spam). This nearly discouraged me from signing up and finding another server.
I ended up making a gmail account and that worked right away.
Not sure if this is a known or isolated issue, but I thought I'd bring it up if it helps to gain more players.

Hello,
Our email service works on any email provider. Emails can take up to 5 minutes to arrive either into inbox or spam section. We have not had any issues with it.

Double checked both hotmail accounts last night and neither was sent the verification in inbox or spam. Just thought you may want to know.

So people in my hotmail contacts list have been getting spam that seems to originate from MY email account; this is embarrassing and annoying, and I have no idea why its happening. I dont use hotmail for anything No friends on MSN anymore so I would like to delete it, but I figure there might be some account somewhere on the internet that requires me to have my hotmail open. Microsoft live or something like that. Any advice?
