black screen after playing 20 minutes

good afternoon,

after i start playing for like 10 to 20 minutes my screen crashes black and i cant play anymore
i play on a msi pulse gl76 and the video card is a geforce RTX 3060.
is there something i can do , or is this a known problem

Hello,

I few things that can help.

Make sure you are running Windows 10 or newer.
Make sure your game is running on your dedicated Graphics card instead of the integrated graphics card https://forum.playorigin.com/showthread.php?1726-Can-t-run-the-game-on-nvidia-graphic-card
Make your Windows Graphics card are fully updated.

If none of these work, then try to add the Origin Online folder to your antivirus exception list and reinstall the game, then try again.
