Suggestion for technical support

Hey there!,

I have noticed that a lot of players have issues with the new client, some get frustrated after trying everything and failing to get to a solid point of why the client is not working, so i'm suggesting that an online technical support is added, and with that i mean, someone that can get in touch with the player that is facing a problem with the client and try to fix it with them as in using some sort of teamviewer kinda thing, and that you can only reach that tech supporter through the gm, as in not every problem needs to be solved by him, because frankly some are pretty obvious and so.

i realise not all problems are that major, but in some cases players follow every insturction and the problem is still in hand

Oh, I understand that tech support is offered on the forum, I meant as a future plan,

and yes everyone should post on the forum, what i meant was after posting and trying out the fixes, the client would still not be running.

I hope the suggestion is reasonable enough^^, thanks for the reply, and sorry for my late one.
