Weird quest bug

Hi there
I want to report a problem that happened to me.

I had finished Herb Delivery quests. In last reward window appeared 125 (small) mp recovery potion, but for some reason (I don't know) I didn't receive those potions, even some Vigor Recovery Herb disappear from my inventory.

Please tell me the exact quest name and NPC name involved to check the quest. Items don't just disappear from inventory like that, unless it was a delivery item.
