cant play the game

i just downloaded the game and when i double click the launcher it says that it cannot initiate netengine 11 as shown in the photo

Make sure you meet the requirements of the game. It can run only on a real Windows PC machine. It doesn't run on emulators, Mac, Linux etc.
Update your Windows to the latest version, Windows 10 recommended.
Update graphics drivers.
