Donwhang Caves crashes the game.

When in Donwhang caves on completion of a kill count or drop count quest the game crashes with no error log, just closes the game and I have to reload. I cant show a screenshot as there is nothing to screenshot, just straight back to desktop. Has anyone else noticed this problem?:
