Bicheon SKILL BUGS PLEASE FIX

Hello i am here to report what i have tested regarding Bicheon skill "Lightning Chain" and "Flying stone smash" both skills are very important infact they are key factors to bladder/SS builds but unfortunately thier debuffs never apply, i have tested this myself with a fully geared EU cleric friend out of 30 tries it never debuffs as in NEVER! you should check if something is wrong with this skill or consider adjusting the percentage because frankly noone wants to play Bicheon build because of this i have asked several people and they said the same thing. I think its time you should reconsider balancing this build as nobody would want to play with a class that is bugged or outdated. If your friend wears robe it's more difficult to apply those debuffs because of high magical resilience, if he also had Holly spell it's almost impossible to apply debuffs. Try with someone who wears armor or protector. The easiest way is to find a giant monster and to try the skills- monsters has low magical resistance ;)
