Friend can't play game

So my friend downloaded the game on his computer, but when he goes to run it, the launcher deletes itself. He can't get in the game or anything. When he clicks on the launcher again, it says that it is no longer there or it has been moved and it doesn't work. Can anyone help with this?

Add the Origin Online folder to your antivirus or Windows defender exception list and reinstall the game.
