Accidentally paused Premium ....

Hi there,

so I´am new to the server and purchased my first Silk and Premium today. I accidentally clicked on pause ticket and didn´t know I have to wait 28 days now to re-activate ...
Is there a chance to get this fixed without me having to buy prem remover + new prem?

Left-click the hand icon (Expert Package) and start it again.

That´s what I tried so far but sadly it doesn´t work, the hand icon is still greyed out :-(
Do I need to relog or anything in order to make it work?

Go kill some mobs while you do this. And give it 2-3 minutes between tries.
