Guild Emblem registration not working..

Hello,

I put the guild emblem 16 x 16 bitmap file renamed guildmark.bmp into the Origin Online Gensis Folder with all the application file such as launcher, Origin Client, etc.

When I use the guild emblem registration item in game it still doesn't work..

Help please.
