Old player have problem with mastery

Hi. I have been wondering if you can help me. I played back on cap 60when skill mastery was at 300 and I could have 5 masteries maxed out. Now I returned after having a break from the game and cap is 90 now still with 300 mastery. I have added heuksal for passive skill and I use a Sword so I dont need it, plus other skills it would cost me a fortune to down level. Is there any chance you can help me out with this please? Maybe you can give me premium remover and I make new account?

You can make the skill reset quest from the potion npc or purchase a skill reset scroll from item mall. There is no other way.
