Add the origin online folder to your antivirus/windows defender and firewall exception list and reinstall the game, then try again.

Again the same problem with us here in Egypt Boules, this issue happened two times and the only way to fix it is to wait. It seems everything returns to normal when the server time hits 12 AM so that is about 7 AM Egypt time.
Trying any solution regarding firewall or re downloading game never fixes it. Only at 12 AM server time, it is fixed by itself.
I have had this problem 3 times before and its the same every time. I am wondering is this something only Egyptian players have ? or other countries have noticed the same happen too ?

Maybe is an issue with Egypcian Internet service providers. if that's the case, we can't do anything about that.

we are not blocking anything so you must resolve the problem from your side. Try another connection or something else.

same problem here with me i get dc evrey 10 min and whene i open the game this massage apper maybe i have try like 10 times to open the game and agian 10min and the game dc me :(
