Inventory expansion item at the wrong character.

I have done a huge mistake and bought an inventory expansion item and used it at the wrong character in my account. Can you please help me remove it from this character : [ Level 65 (Factory) ] and add it to :[ Level 92 (Antonious) ] Both characters are in my only account.
This was a terrible mistake done unintentionally so please help me, thanks.

17. The staff is not responsible for player mistakes, such as buying the wrong item, getting scammed by other players, alchemy mistakes, charging silk to the wrong server and such. The player will not get any type of support on these cases.
