Launcher doesn't start

Hi !

I have tried installing and playing Genesis and Eldorado server launchers on 1 pc (Windows 10) and 2 laptops (both Windows 7). All three use Norton antivirus.
One of of laptops silkroad stopped working. I click on launcher and nothing happens. No error, no action. I have tried re-installing the games at least 3-4 times, I have tried to change antivirus (Norton) settings, yet nothing happens.
Any ideas/clues/recommendations?

Add the Origin Online folder to your antivirus exception list and try again.

Unfortunately, I have already done that previously. Even uninstalling Norton and re-installing the game after that didn't help.
I downloaded clients again and still nothing. My guess is that something might have changed with Windows 7 update. But no idea what or how.

Make sure that both your Windows and Graphics driver are fully updated.

Hi,

So I followed instruction provided in the link. To my surprise it worked. Game (both Eldorado and Origin) has launched. But now there is a new problem. It looks strange and I cannot select or click anything. Attaching a sceenshot below.

Looks like a screen resolution problem.
Edit the resolution setting from the launcher or

Delete the game folder and reinstall the game.
