Bug Freeze screen

Hello,

When we switched to backup servers a bug appeared for me. My game regularly freezes for a few seconds. I thought this problem would be fixed when we got back to our original servers but no, the problem persists. My PC is quite powerful and i keep the graphics to a minimum. Am I the only one ?

Hello,

The bug may be with your computer. Uninstall the game completely and download the latest installer form the web, install.

Make sure the game is being handled by your dedicated graphics card and not integrated card. Make sure your drivers are updated.

If you are using a laptop make sure is not in some type of silent mode/economy mode.

Indeed my laptop is in economy mode, I take them and test tonight. But How do I know which graphics card the game using because my dedicated graphics card is nvidia and integrated card is Intel.

Hello, sorry for spam, but the problem is solved :) During the crash, I had installed the new client on the wrong hard drive of my PC, less perform. I reinstalled it on the other and everything works fine, sorry for the inconvenience!
