True, bec. theres a bug the application for hotan fortress was Dec 26 0000 to 1259 and War was Dec 26 1300 to 1400 xD..so pls check I think Lana was there xD

As long as you can register it's ok, just ignore what the NPC says, you can register any time, except 30 minutes before fortress war.
