Can anyone help me ? i have an old account on silkroad origin, but i only know the email adress and the char Name on Genesis.
The Support in the game said he cant help me .. why they dont send me an email with the username ?

If you still have access to the email you used to create the account, then look for the welcome email from Origin Online, which has your username inside.
