With the implemation of the PLUS+15, can you tell us if the rates of 0+ to +12 are the same as before? I mean, the new PLUS +15 have the same rate of getting the OLD +12?

My question is, enhance item from +11 to +12 (before winter event) as the same rate of enhance item from +11 to +12 (after winter event)?
