Kindly I need your help for the below.
FYI on 12/9/2020 I tried to buy silk buy my phone number credit from Kingdom Saudi Arabia using " Mobily " Company. I sent PWAZ to the phone number 612080 as they told me.
I sent 4 time coz I was having 100 SR for 196 silk each 25 SR, So when I checked my balance 100 SR is gone and I didn't receive any CODE.
