Whats the maximum theoretical + on Eldorado?

I wanted to know whats the maximum + I can get on my Items? Is it 10 or higher?
Is there any information about + ing Items like propabilty rates from +5 to +6 or from +9 to +10?

Couldn't find any information about this from google in general too.

So... today I tried my +10 Weapon to +11 on Eldorado. It bascially stucks in the fusing animation. So I can't fuse above 10.
