Level to do the 91-100 FGW collection quest?

Hey, which level do I need on a character to submit the level 91-100 FGW quest? The 61-70 FGW doesnt need a char to be 61 to do the quest so I was wondering if it is the same for the higher FGW?

You need required lvl set in FGWs for finish your collection because each dungeon have not tradeable talismans.
For finish collection you must run this lvl dungeons that's why you can't end them befour you reach set lvl.
You can't compleat it at lower lvl.
Any way if you are 71+ already with main character and want to do Togui for example for claim 500k skill points you have solution.
Just create another character in same account and lvlup it to 61-70 reccomend (70) and get not tradeable talismans. Then you can transfer them to main character 71+ using storage.
They can be putted in storage and transfered between character in same account. (Not-guild storage).

Yeah I know that. For the 61-70 FGW the character to redeem the collection needs to be level 48 or sth to accept the quest. I want to complete 2 collections on the same account. I have all the cards so I was wondering which level I need to get the quest.

You need level 91. I tested it
