Snow bugged or what :D?

hey GM got a little question...
first snow says : u need 140 int to skill it...so I'm a Str hybird like 7:1 maybe a bit more..i got 142int atm but i cant skill it :D?

do i have to get 140int without any blues on set or how does it count?

Hello,

Armor int, premium, or items that give int don't count.

Only character's real INT value without any set, item, avatar boost.
