Specialty Time (buying)

i have noticed that some traders can buy in 20 sec, and the speed of buying is based in the internet connection, in my case, i have one of the slowest plan and bad service of internet connection, everytime i am with a pt of traders i always slow them all and i feel bad about it because they have to wait me and the trade takes more time, i was wondering if there is something to do about this, anything that can equals the buying goods in traders, it is not only me, i know a lot of player that has the same problem...

(my buying time is between 45sec-100sec)

and this is my internet connection (in night time), in daytime is slower :x

Sorry but this cannot be changed. The game does several checks and we cannot change the way it works.
