Jewel box no pick up and 1 more thing

Hello, how can i make the pick of jewel box work, I'm Warlock and when i solo farm i can't always go back to look for what mobs drop so it would be helpfull to pick them and fix the bug, the other thing is a simple question, why can't I use a virtual machine la VirtualBox to open another client? ;)

You cant use virtual machines. Only real windows PC.

if the pick pet is out of range, it simply cannot pickup the drops. Nothing we can do about it. it is not a bug.

what is the pet range ?

We dont have an exact number, it's close to your dropped item line of sight.
