PK Abuse to destroy parties with video

So, i'm just wondering if this the kind of PK you'd allow in the server... the names are Qrwozaur (the one in red name -murder status-) and the cleric that resses him Yetisonek .. i've already provided a 3 minutes video in the attachements (The original is 20 minutes but it's too much to upload so hopefully these 3 minutes are enough to proof what i'm saying)
P.S. it already happened with Whiendel, Akbar and other players
