Loader Issues

Hey Friends,

Just your neighborhood friendly J0k3r - Man. I encountered a frustrating error with the loader for our precious Origin server. I have supplied the screenshot below. I am not sure if it has something due to the update. But I was able to play perfectly yesterday. Thanks Simplicity for what you guys do. :Emoji Smiley-111:

Your Antivirus is blocking the client execution. Add Silkroad.exe and sro_client.exe to your antivirus's whitelist, Or disable it to play.

I am thankful of you getting back to me so quickly. However, I did as you instructed and still same error. I thought about it too. I had the same firewall settings as I had the day before giving the error. When the client/loader worked. So, I am still not sure why it is still giving me the same error.

Try to disable your antivirus and reinstall the game. This is 100% something tampering with the client's .exe files.

So I guess I am into a forced retirement of sro. I really enjoyed the server. However, still getting the same exact error when I disable my firewall entirely and made sure all processes were ended by windows defender. Only thing I can think of is my ISP blocking it but anyhow cheers.

The ISP does not block games. Disable completely Windows Defender as well, it also blocks the game.

This is probably a graphics driver problem. Reinstall your graphic card's drivers and update to the latest version available. Remove and do a clean install of those drivers.

Anyone having this issue, please send me a private message with a screenshot of your entire screen, also a screenshot that lists all your opened processes on task manager, on the detail or process tab.

Dont know why it happens to me too but the SOLUTION is delete the game and install again! Since then no problems!

I had the same problem too.
But after restart of my computer everything works fine again.
