Offline stalling

it would be pretty nice if you activate the offline stalling system, i dont know the name, but the NPC next to the trader NPC in hotan where you can register any items and other people are able to see them in there and buy them...
I think that would be nice to have...

GM should put themselves with several accounts around Hotan with a specific timer to add Items for 1 silk per 10m gold XD
