Hello,
I love playing on Eldorado server but one thing is a pretty annoying experience and that is how Grab Pet is working. First time in my very long SRO history I'm seeing bugged Grab Pets which are missing almost every 3rd drop. Playing with high pace is almost not possible because all the time you have to pay attention to what's on the ground because Grab Pet is not picking up it. I've seen a lot of times that pet is going onto drop, doing picking up animation and he actually is not picking up the item. I feel that it is kinda not fair because I've spent real money to buy Grab Pet and I actually recieved half of a product and that's not the way it should be. Please fix them, thanks!
