Not sure if have been brought up before, Searched and found nothing.
Right now the job penalty on Eldorado is 7 days when switching jobs.
That seems a tad much in a server where there is not much else endgame content to do.
Not sure if it either possible to maybe reduce to 3 days, like guild change penalty, or add a system that shows when next job can be joined?
