Spawning to maps without monsters

Been encountering with random DC's lately. And also spawning to JG caves without monsters, but can see monster damage and my life ticking away.
Have to restart the client to solve the issue.
Any one having the same issues?

Press "v" once and it usually fixes this issue. I've had it happen when teleporting while holding "v". for your information "v" is hide monsters so you can walk normally in heavily populated areas.
