edit: i bought for "genesis" i dont even know what that is, i just went to the epin.playorigin store like yday and bought ffs..

You mean E-PIN?

Make sure you are using it on the right website. if you bought for Eldorado, make sure you are at Eldorado website. should work.

The E-PIN Only works for the chosen Server.

yes E-PIN and i just realized it says "genesis" but i dont even have an account there, i literally did it the same way as yday

You should have read the item description before you buy. The all say the server name in it. The E-PINS are not interchangeable. Sorry.
