Eldorado installation issue

Hello, I am having trouble installing Eldorado. My issue is that the buttons to click are seemingly missing. Lol. I have tried waiting patiently, restarting my laptop, and changing screen resolution but no success. I have Genesis installed and working fine on this computer for over a month so i am very confused. Please review my screenshot. Thank you.

Hello,

There's seems to be an issue with your laptop. Try running as admin, try to disable your antivirus to install (Just to try) also, the installer may be corrupted and you will need to download from another source. Are the buttons clickable though, if so, you could install?

Problem is with your laptop, looks like the This computer > advanced settings > visual settings are messed up
