How many accounts ?

first i want to send my greetings to all good staff who works hardly on Origin to give us back the old silkroad we loved it like old days thanks alot guys i appreciate your work .
my question is about How many accounts can we have for the same ip? or same pc ?

sorry for too questions but i like to be shure from this
so i can make 4 other accounts but only one of the 5 accounts can logon the pc ..am i right ?
and if i have other pc i can log on with more than account 2 for example right?
