Force graduate academy

Hello i got a guy in my academy that havent logged in on ages and didnt graduate. When i try to force graduate him from the academy , i disconnect and hes still in the academy. There is nothing i can do to remove him, any solution?

Out of curiosity: How many honor points does one get if someone is force graduated compared to if the apprentice graduates with the best rating?
