Constant lag and disconnected from game

Hi GM,
Im reporting from my friends and they do see a frequent lag out and disconnection after the latest update. We've been playing close to 2 months and we didnt experience this before. Both of them faces the same issues the same time, lag together, they're from different house holds..

For me.. i experience once and I'm from another country (not as often as them) - could this be a country server? but this doesnt explain why we didnt face this issue before the updates for 2 months.

Could be network issues on their end. ask them to try with a mobile hostspot to see if the problem persists. The server is fine.
