Issues running the client

Hello,

I recently came across this private server and was eager to try it out as I loved the original silkroad. However, public servers are constantly full plus your 3x rates seems like a more rewarding experience.

However, I'm having problems running the client. I have done multiple things to try and fix it.

I reinstalled both Origin Online and Silkroad Online multiple times.

I re-downloaded Origin Online twice.

I turned off anti-virus then re-downloaded and re-installed Origin Online.

I've come down to this problem. An error popping up which I will upload a screenshot of. Once I click okay on the error and try to run the client again it appears to be working, the cursor has a loading image take over but then the client never appears on the screen. Nothing happens. I then go to open the client again and another error message pops up which I will upload the screenshot as well.

Am I suppose to install the Origin Online client inside the Silkroad Online folder? or are the two clients suppose to be kept in seperate installation folders?

Thank you for joining us!

It seems like your antivirus or other security software is deleting/blocking silkroad.exe which is the launcher. make sure to disable other security software like windows defender. also run the software as administrator. It is nor really required but you can try it. but I'm sure something is deleting the executable.
