Red stat remover

I droped a invalid repair item in fgw+5 and actually made it +8. Using red stat remover will actually remove it?

But there will be an upgrade or add another repair scroll via silks?..Otherwise, why these items are still dropping in fgw?

These invalid repair items come with extra high durability, thus can't be repaired, nor there will be a scroll to remove that red stat.
