Scroll time thief back to 10 min

Hello GM,

In the first time, congratulations for the server.

Here i just wanna say for u, please back the scroll thief time to 10 min, becouse now still very very easy for this job against trader/hunter.

example: thiefs atack one caravan, kill hunters/traders and got some goods, teleport to city thiefs in 7 min, and can back to atack again the same caravan.......this is very fast.

The scroll was 5 minutes beforen Not 10 minutes. Will not be increased further.
