Item stealing issue

Hello, we have in game problem with people stealing items using monkey and low level char, you cant kill them or do anything to them because they cant be pked and after monsters kills them they can stand in same place. Is there any possibility to change grab pet usage from lvl 5 to lvl 20? It really ruins gameplay.

that won't change. You have 1 minute of exclusivity to pick the items you drop.
