Advanced Elixir for not seal equip

How do i get an adv elixir for a "not-seal" weapon? Are there A and B adv elixir for "not-seal"? If so, how can they be obtained?

Weapon ADV-B elexirs almoust impossible to get from alchemy, and it's gona be insane expencive way.
Best way for you buy it from others players aprox 300-350m or try to win from Magic-pop BUT it's can take 5 silk or 400+ soo GoodLuck.
