i already did it..and DEP too.. But i've reinstalled the game like 6 times..617 Always Stuck There, and never Start

Disable DEP and try again. if it's not working (after you restart your PC) then your antivirus or something else is corrupting the files.

I Finish Fixed the problem... i Just Only Change the Resolution of mi Monitor , and it Open...Thanks For the Help too Simplicity, Be cause was a lot problems..
