Pet invertory expansion problem

Hey, so i bought a new grabbing pet and an inventory expansion, sadly, it didnt expand my pets inventory, it's still jsut one page. Can someone fix this or refund me for this?

Hello,

The item should be back to your inventory if you didn't use it correctly (Teleport if you don't see it) Read the instructions and use it correctly.

There are no refunds for silk items.
