Does Premium Plus give double exp?

And if it doesn't is there any scroll or something that can give 100% extra exp like the 4 weeks skill exp ticket?

qq: the additional SP EXP (+100% for prem+ & 100% for SpPticket) are calculated consecutively, correct?

meaning:
normal SP EXP = 400
prem+ 100% = 800
SP tick 100% = 1.600
SO-OK tick 20% = 1.920
