This is the basic information about the custom quest "Gift of the Moon" Taken from the main website update history, for those that can't find the information.

Forgotten World Talisman collection "Gift of the Moon" for Level 81-90 Players. Visit "Origin Events" NPC at Lost City to take the quest. Gift of the Moon Talismans are only dropping inside Level 5 Dimmension Hole.

Reward: D9 Seal of Moon Weapon.


Talisman Names sorted by rarity or drop:

1- Blue Seed - Non-Tradeable (Common)
2- Book of Rao - Non-Tradeable (Common)
3- Celestial Infusion - Non-Tradeable (Common)
4- Demon Claw - Non-Tradeable (Special)
5- Dubious Potion - Tradeable (Special)
6- Enchanted Orb - Tradeable (Special)
7- Golden Sword - Tradeable(Rare)
8- Oracle Eyes - Tradeable (Rare)


- Final Boss at Level 5 Flame Forgotten World now has a chance to drop D9 Seal of Moon Shield (Very Rare).

hi there! love the game so far and ive put many hours into this beautiful server. keep up the great work devs you guys are doing this game justice way more then joymax ever did! Just a small remark here, i've done about 120 runs of fgw in my time on origin and i have still not seen 1 som shield. this is only concerning because i have finished 3 collections myself and i have about 4 friends that run it constantly and they have theirs too now. so that would be roughly 8 som weapons (complete collections with talismans being self found every time) and still not 1 shield. i understand we could just be very unlucky or maybe the odds for the shield are so much lower then even oracle eyes and dubious which i have seen roughly 6-7x each. if this is the case and it is intended could you change the (rare) on som shield to super rare or very rare. i think this will help avoid frustration or confusion on the user side. if it is intended to have a few som shields on the server since they seem rarer then sosun now could you maybe increase the rate a bit or even add the shields to the collections? i know a couple ppl that would gladly make a char rush it to 81 and complete an entire collection just for that! (a couple friends of mine and myself included)again thanks for the continued support and no bot server! i love you guys! Origin is the best sro server ever.

Made over 100 runs by my self and unions mates made more then thousand in total.
I had luck participate run when we get this big shiny box with CH SOM shield, it's was our union first and last som shield i guess.
We drop sun x-bow inside FGW and 1-2 sox gear parts.
You have higher chance get som shield from normal monsters then from last FGW boss
Chance to drop shield around 0.1% or eaven less.
Currently at server 3 or 4 som shields like i know and just 1 of them FGWs.

ye it is just a joke better off grinding wings 24 hours a day for 2 months. at least then you might have a chance at something better then a som shield :P i would have picked it over my som 1h cuz the euro soms ore not worth compared to ch. ch som gets way better crit then regular whereas euro gets nothing. at least the shield gets a better br. i would trade my som 1h for a som shield in a heartbeat. too bad it isnt 1 of the rewards.

Is this quest repeatable? if I done it once and claimed my SOM weapon, can I do it again and claim another SOM weapon on the same character?
