Can you please explain this file running with the client?

Hi,
I have played the original silkroad online at its best times and I am fondly back to those times with some server activity under your platform. However, after the last patch update, even after running the game client with firewall permission, I kept getting messages regarding the file you can see in the attachment that has words "virtool" and "vbinject". Please explain this file to me and I can feel safe playing a game I very much like. Thank you.
