Launcher.exe disappeared

Hi. I was playing last night and disconnected (I think) to to the server maintenance. When I went to play tonight It appears that my Launcher.exe has gone. No sure if this was due to the server maintenance of some other cause. Is it possible for me to just download the launcher file and move it to the Origin game folder. Or will I hve to download the whole game again.
